Kirkwood UCC's Building Usage
Kirkwood UCC allows the building to be rented for event use to members of KUCC and in select cases, the building may be available to other organizations, providing the dates are available and the use is approved by the KUCC Executive Board. Below are the spaces in KUCC currently available for rental.
Please note- Rates are subject to change without notice. A security deposit is equal to 1/2 the rental fee. A Janitor Fee of $75 is charged for any event involving food.
We have a two hour minimum rental for rooms in the Church Building. A one hour minimum for ChurchHouse Rooms.
Any events involving more than 75 people require security. Any events charging for admission must provide proof of liability insurance and written indemnification.

We have a small amount of parking onsite, additional parking can sometimes be arranged with Toomer Elementary School but it is the renter's responsibility to make those arrangements and to pay any fees through Atlanta Public Schools.

Our Sanctuary and Gathering Grounds (entry space) hold about 250 people total between the two spaces (220 in the Sanctuary and 40 in the Gathering Grounds). Our Sanctuary does have AV and sound available for $100 additional for the first two hours and $25 for every hour after that to cover the cost of AV staff to be present.
The building is accessible with four single stall restrooms all on one level on the hallway off the Gathering Grounds. Folding tables are available as well. The Church building does not have a kitchen, but there is a kitchen available in the ChurchHouse for an additional $50 an hour. The kitchen is available for serving prep only, not for cooking.

The Great Room of the ChurchHouse is available for a max of 30 persons. Rental of this space does grant access to the butler's pantry. The use of the kitchen off this room is an additional $50 an hour. The kitchen is available for serving prep only, not for cooking. This space is flexible with folding tables and additional chairs available for use. We have a TV on a cart with HDMI connection that can be used for AV needs. No sound system in this building.
The ChurchHouse does have a ramp on the front of the building as well as two bathrooms, one of which is larger.
